Inspired by a visit to rescue-led cat cafés in Poland, founder Becky set out to create a space where cats could feel safe, visitors could relax, and every interaction could help a cat find their forever home. What began as Meow Cat Café has now evolved into The Mau House, building on years of rescue experience and countless successful adoptions.

Today, our mission remains simple: to provide a loving environment for cats in need while offering our guests a unique and meaningful experience. Every visit helps support rescue work, rehabilitation and rehoming, giving more cats the chance of the happy ending they deserve.
